Kennett Square Memorial Day 2020 Tribute
As we quickly approach Memorial Day on Monday May 25, 2020, we realize this year of remembrance will be unlike any other. This year, due to the impacts of COVID-19, we are unable to gather as a community and remember the men and women who died while serving our great Country in the United States Armed Forces. Our annual Memorial Day Parade has always drawn spectators and participants from near and far to join in a common cause of remembrance and appreciation. This year there will be no parade, no participants and no spectators lining the streets. Although, the remembrance and the appreciation will still be there.
The Kennett Square Police Department would like to thank all those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice while serving this Country with a tribute video from the KSPD. Mayor Fetick, Chief Holdsworth, our Officers and Staff all send out the message that our community is.....Still Together Despite Being 6 Feet Apart.
