PUBLIC NOTICE – ZONING HEARING BOARD 0F BOROUGH OF KENNETT SQUARE
APPLICATION OF BOSS BUILDERS, LLC FOR PARKING VARIANCE FOR PROPERTY AT 600-602 E. COPE ROAD AND 223 S. WALNUT STREET

The hearing before the Zoning Hearing Board scheduled for Tuesday August 14, 2018 on the Application of Boss Builders has been postponed at the request of Boss Builders. The hearing will not be held on August 14, 2018.

The hearing will be held on Tuesday September 25, 2018 at 7:00 PM at the Monroe Nute Room, Kennett Fire Company, 301 Dalmatian Lane, Kennett Square Borough. Please note the change of location.

The time, date and place of the hearing will be advertised in the Daily Local News and individual notices will be mailed to individuals and entities who received notice of the first hearing.

Please also be advised that the Applicant has requested that the Application be amended to request, in addition to the variance from the required number of off-street parking spaces, a variance from the impervious coverage limitation in order to provide additional parking spaces.
