Administration

The Kennett Square Police Department is committed to ensuring the integrity of records relative to incidents, arrests, dispositions, and personnel records. It is the responsibility of the police administration to maintain this integrity. Police Administration also oversees the day to day operations of the police department with respect to budgeting, Criminal History Records Act compliance, Municipal Records Act compliance, and Open Records Act requests. Police Administration also coordinates department schedules with court schedules, compiles Uniform Crime Reports, and oversees the day to day operations of the Parking Department.
